Mojito Magic for Summer Sips

We love a long, cold drink in summer and a mojito hits all the right notes.

Mojito is a traditional Cuban punch. The cocktail consists of five ingredients: white rum, sugar, lime juice, soda water, and mint. Its combination of sweetness, citrus, and herbaceous mint perfectly complements the rum, and makes it a super refreshing summer sip.

Make A Mojito

You’ll need

  • 50 ml white rum
  • 25 ml fresh lime juice (about 3 or 4 lime wedges)
  • 12 mint leaves
  • 2 teaspoons caster sugar
  • 25 ml soda water
  • Springs of fresh mint to garnish

To Make

Squeeze the lime wedges into a highball glass and throw in the wedges too
Add sugar and muddle (press with a cocktail muddler or fork)
Add mint leaves and muddle again
Add white rum
Add ice (the DrinksPlinks Slab is a winner in this cocktail)
Top with soda water
