Mocktail Madness
Contrary to popular belief, here at DrinksPlinks we’re not big drinkers. Sometimes we enjoy a bevragiono without wanting the consequences of doing so. Here’s the compiled list of our go-to drinks, hold the liquor.
200g ginger roughly chopped
5 wide strips of lemon zest
1 cup of fresh lemon juice
¼ cup honey
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Pinch of kosher salt
Seltzer
Method:
Step 1: Bring the ginger, strips of lemon zest, lemon juice, honey, cayenne pepper, salt, and ½ water to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until mixture has darkened and reduced by a third (30-40 mins)
Step 2: Strain the tonic through a fine mesh strainer.
Step 3: Can be served warm or chilled, pour 2 tablespoons into desired glass and top with seltzer.
60mls Seedlip Grove 42 (or any nonalcoholic spirit)
15mls non- alcoholic orange liquor

Method:
Step 1: Add everything into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled.
Step 2: Strain into a glass and garnish as desired. It’s really that simple.
