To mark the debut of our barware ice cube tray collection, we’re excited to share our top recommendations for each (tried and tested of course)
A is for Aperol
Switch things up with a Naked & Famous
22mls mezcal
22mls Aperol
22mls yellow Chartreuse
22mls lime juice
Step 1: All all ingredients and ice into the shaker. Shake until combined and child.
Step 2: Pour and enjoy.
B is for Bourbon
Nothing beats a Bourbon Manhattan Cocktail
118ml bourbon
60mls sweet vermouth
5 drops of bitters
2 maraschino cherries for garnish
Step 1: Add bourbon, vermouth, bitters, and ice into a shaker. Shake until combined and chilled.
Step 2: Place an ice cube into your glass of choice, pour, and pop your cherry on top.
G is for Gin
French 75, we hadn’t heard of this until a few weeks ago … consider us obsessed.
30mls gin
15mls lemon juice
118mls brut Champagne
15mls simple syrup
Step 1: Add gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and ice into a shaker. Shake until combined and chilled.
Step 2: Place an ice cube into your glass of choice, pour, and top up with Champagne.
M is for Margarita
You can’t beat a classic marg
60mls tequila
30mls orange liquor or triple sec
30mls lime juice
1 lime and salt to garnish
Step 1: Salt your glass, slice a lime into quarters, and rub around the rim of the glass. Spread salt onto a plate and turn the glass upside down into the salt. Set aside.
Step 2: Add tequila, lime juice, orange liquor, and ice into a shaker. Shake until combined and chilled.
Step 3: Add ice into your pre-salted glass and pour.
N is for Negroni
Classic Negroni
25ml dry gin
25ml sweet vermouth
25ml Campari
Slice of orange to garnish
Step 1: Add gin, vermouth, and Campari into a shaker. Shake until combined and chilled.
Step 2: Add ice into desired glass, pour, and pop a slice of orange on top.
S is for Scotch

60mls scotch
30mls lemon juice
15mls Galliano
15mls ginger syrup
7mls peach liquor
Lemon or mint to garnish
Step 1: Combine all ingredients and ice into a shaker. Shake until combined and chilled.
Step 2: Add ice, pour, and garnish.
V is for Vodka
Woo Woo!
50ml vodka
25ml peach schnapps
100ml cranberry juice
Lime to garnish
Step 1: Combine all ingredients and ice into a shaker. Shake until combined and chilled.
Step 2: Add ice, pour, and garnish.
Step 3: WOO!
W is for Whisky
Paris Between the wars
22mls Campari
22mls blended scotch whisky
14mls lemon juice
14mls simple syrup
30mls dry sparkling wine
Lemon peel to garnish
Step 1: Combine Campari, Scotch, lemon juice, simple syrup, and ice in a shaker. Shake until combined and chilled.
Step 2: Strain into glass, top with sparkling wine, and garnish.
